Harlan appeared in 82 games for the Bird Dawgs in 2025, hitting .266 while driving in 35 runs and going a perfect 17-for-17 in stolen base attempts.

A standout prep player, Harlan was named the 2018 South Carolina Gatorade Player of the Year before going on to play five seasons at the College of Charleston. During his collegiate career, he earned multiple honors, including 2024 CAA All-Tournament Team, 2023 All-CAA Second Team, 2022 All-CAA Second Team, and 2022 CAA All-Tournament Team recognition.

Harlan also etched his name into the program’s record books, ranking second in school history in doubles (64) and at-bats (926), third in games played (234) and RBIs (177), and fourth in hits (273) and walks (119). He additionally gained summer league experience in the Cape Cod Baseball League, spending two seasons with the Cotuit Kettleers.
