Tiburcio began the 2025 season with the New Jersey Jackals, where he made six appearances and allowed just two earned runs before being released. He later signed with the Bird Dawgs in mid-June and went on to appear in 22 games, posting a 4.62 ERA while recording 17 strikeouts and 11 walks.

He began his professional career in the Dominican Summer League after signing with the Los Angeles Dodgers in 2020. Over four seasons in the Dodgers organization, Tiburcio reached Low-A Rancho Cucamonga, compiling a 4.86 ERA across 133 innings pitched with 111 strikeouts and 58 walks.
