Rachel Lindstrom joins the Bird Dawgs front office as the Director of Marketing and Promotions ahead of the 2026 season. Originally from Cary, NC, Rachel recently graduated from ECU and brings 2 years of baseball experience to Kinston. 

In 2024, Rachel served as a Promotions and Marketing Intern for the Wilson Tobs of the Coastal Plain League. She remained in the CPL for the 2025 season, where she worked for the Greenville Yard Gnomes as the Marketing Coordinator. While in Greenville, Rachel handled Photography, PA scripts, social media, and much more. Additionally, Rachel increased social media views by 380% over 90 days for the Yard Gnomes.  

Rachel can’t wait to showcase her creativity and bring excitement to Kinston for the 2026 season.
