Pino appeared in 91 games for the Bird Dawgs in 2025, slashing .289/.339/.466 while launching 15 home runs. He led the team with 20 stolen bases, 101 hits, and 17 doubles, establishing himself as one of the club’s top offensive contributors.

Pino was selected by the Cincinnati Reds in the 29th round (864th overall) of the 2019 MLB Draft. He spent more than five seasons in the Reds organization, playing for multiple affiliates, including the AZL Reds in 2019, the ACL Reds in 2021 and 2022, and the Daytona Tortugas from 2022 to 2024.

In 2024, Pino appeared in 17 games in the Frontier League with Trois-Rivières, continuing his professional career before joining the Bird Dawgs.
