Adams signed with the Bird Dawgs in August 2025, appearing in 14 games to close out the season while slashing .255/.340/.511 with three home runs. His first professional hit came on a home run against Brockton.
He began his collegiate career at Indian River State College in Fort Pierce, Florida, where he earned First Team FCSAA All-State and All-NJCAA Region 8 honors in 2022 after hitting .373 with 11 home runs. That same season, he was also named Southern Conference Player of the Year.
Adams went on to play at Florida Atlantic, appearing in 31 games in 2023 while hitting .281 with five home runs. In 2024, he led the Owls with a .343 batting average, 71 hits, and a .987 OPS, starting all 57 games—one of just two players to start every game at the same position (second base).
For his graduate season, Adams transferred to Georgia, where he hit .293 with seven home runs and helped lead the Bulldogs to the NCAA Athens Regional as the No. 7 national seed. He was named to the NCAA Athens Regional All-Tournament Team after batting .667 (6-for-9) with two home runs. Defensively, Adams posted a perfect fielding percentage across 173 total chances, making 17 starts at first base, 12 at second base, and four as a designated hitter.
